Pentagon Drops Charges Against... Mousawi? No? Al-Qahtani?

Wait a minute. i just read that charges have been dropped against the "20th Hijacker." Haven't we been told pretty much since 9.11 that Zacharias Mousawi was the "20th Hijacker?" Who in the Hell is Mohammed al-Qahtani?

Whoever he is, they tortured the shit out of him and now had to drop the charges. God bless America.
