The chickens have come home to roost...

It's Sunday morning, and as someone who has the bulk of their family in Christian ministry, as someone who is attending Universities to one day be a Religious Studies Professor, and as someone told many times by seminary teachers, students and preachers themselves (even as recently as two days ago), that i should be a minister, here is my Sunday morning message of sorts...

A black man and a white man both say that the chickens have come home to roost; in a manner of speaking. The white man, Ron Paul, received mild criticism for his words, and ample opportunity to defend his statements (without interruption). The black man is not even running for office, and is constantly attacked, called "racist," called a "hate monger," and Barack is himself attacked for merely attending his church!



Ron Paul is easily as radical on this position of 9.11 being an effect of U.S. foreign policy cause. The only difference is that Ron Paul is not speaking on the issue of racial equality; true equality, with desegregation of the so-called "Civil Rights" era as a STARTING point (even intentionally superficially so), not an ending point (as most white participants in the efforts of that era perceived it). Far from being racist, Barack and Wright are being attacked because America is racist; a nation borne out of the religion of American Racism spawned by the Puritan Cult and the theology of a Neo-Promised Land and Neo-Caananites of Theopholis Eaton and so many of the early figures in formative American Evangelicism.



Now, minus the "black" tone that you will hear from the pastor of any predominantly black Baptist congregation, what is different? As far as the "chickens coming home to roost" comment that Wright is being demonized for, he was quoting Malcolm X; who explained the words long ago as such...
